About this course:
This three-day hands-on course will familiarise you with Motion, Apple’s software for Motion graphics
design, basic compositing and special effects. This course covers working with Motion’s Real-Time Design engine and interface, behaviour based animation and general effects techniques. After three days of in-depth training you will be given day four for revision, practice sessions and your final Apple certified Motion Exam. This course is not suitable for complete beginners to Apple Mac systems or post production in general as it contains a fair degree of technical information and assumed understanding of terminology.
Recommended skills required before this course
Basic knowledge of the Macintosh OS
Preferably a good knowledge of FCP
Preferably an understanding of the principles of graphic design, animation and compositing (basic)
